The field
is the whole thing.

Every system is position on one side of the line, computation on the other. What a thing holds — and what it lets go.

01 · as

Position
is the field.

What a thing holds. A named space, a slot, a place along the line. Position carries no value — it decides where value belongs.

Computation
is the atom.

What a thing absolutely is not. A pure function — one input, one output, no hidden state. It never calls another atom directly; it only answers.

POLARITY — −
The only honest line is the between them. Same parts, different field — the line is the entire law.
03 · fn[n]

Selection
is control.

Work chosen by an index from a function space. There are no branches — only positions along the line that pick which law applies.
